Accuracy: While we do our best to keep this site up to date, the content (including any ballpark pricing or project descriptions) is for general information only. A binding contract is only formed once we have provided a formal written quote and it has been accepted.
Our Portfolio: All images of tiling work on this site are of our own actual installations. We put a lot of pride into our work; please do not copy, reproduce, or use these images for any purpose without our written consent.
External Links: If we link to tile suppliers or other local trades, we aren't responsible for the content of their sites.

We take your privacy seriously. As a local business, we only collect the information we need to do a great job for you.

When you use our "Contact Us" or "Request a Quote" form, we collect:

The address where the work is to be carried out

Contact you regarding your enquiry.
Visit your property to provide a quote.
Complete the tiling work if you hire us.

We do not sell your data to third parties, and we don't send "marketing newsletters" unless you specifically ask us to.

How long do we keep your data?

If you don't hire us: We delete your contact details and address 6 months after our last communication.
If you do hire us: We keep your project details and invoices for 7 years to satisfy UK tax and insurance requirements.
